REQUEST TO WORK A WINTER WEEKEND GETAWAY AS A TOUR ASSISTANT

This form is for TOUR ASSISTANTS who wish to be scheduled for the next weekend only.

All requests to work on future weekends will be REJECTED.

 

Submit this form on FRIDAY morning through TUESDAY at 12:00 PM EST, prior to the weekend you want to work.

 

You will be contacted via e-mail no later than Wednesday to confirm whether or not you have been scheduled.

 

Every field on this form must be filled out. If the form is not filled out correctly, it will not be processed.
